Our Heirloom Quilt Tote was created by using an antique quilt top from the 1800s. It was a special piece having grey and indigo blue calico prints in the quilt.  We then overdyed it using natural cutch dye. This created a beautiful dusty rose color that we love with the indigo quilt sections. We combined this with a denim bottom cut from 1970s wrangler jean. The tote is fully lined with a natural canvas cloth and has a double interior pocket to hold loose things. 

The bag has natural vegetable tanned 9 oz. leather straps in a medium brown shade and secured on with hand hammered copper rivets.
